Although our products are Vegan (containing no animal products), I cannot claim that they are 100% all natural because I do need to use a preservative and a stabilizer. The ingredients that I purchase are very expensive and I make a large batch at a time. I made a batch one time without a preservative in it, filled many jars and bottles, designed and printed labels and when they didn't sell, within just a few weeks, I was horrified to open a jar and see mold! Oh yuck and no thank you, I rather have a small amount of preservative on my skin than any trace of mold. I probably tossed out over $80 dollars that day and wasted all those wonderful ingredients. I also learned recently, that the FDA REQUIRES a preservative to be included in order to even sell lotions, creams, balms and oils! But let me tell you... the directions for the preservative is exactly this "Use at a ratio of 0.5% to 1.5% per volume". I tell you that so that you can see that a very small amount is needed!!!
Ok, onto the other wonderful ingredients in my Skin Euphoria Luxury Cream:
Distilled water, soy milk, avacado butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, kokum butter, mango butter, macadamia butter, aloe vera butter, olive oil, kukui oil, apricot kernel oil, evening primrose oil, vitamin E oil, castor oil, almond oil, hemp oil, jojoba oil, rose hip oil, glycerin, clay, preservative, polysorbate from olive oil (this is the stabilizer), emulsifying wax, fragrance oil.
